CONSENT STATEMENT
I give my consent for my child to attend VBS at Beaver Ruin Road Baptist Church and to participate in all activities with this program. I hold BRRBC, the volunteers and directors harmless in the event that my child incurs any injury during their participation. I give permission for BRRBC to act in the best interest of my child in the event of a medical emergency where I cannot be reached.
